Jamestown, Rhode Island has a special place in my heart. I have family that live there and watched them spend a fair amount of time (and money) restoring a beautiful Victorian right across the bridge. While I have always admired my Uncle Andy and his ability both as an architect and carpenter, I’d prefer a house to be prefect upon moving in.
If you feel the same, the opportunity to own a beautiful Victorian in Jamestown is now available.
Horgan Cottage is a historic home built in 1900 that was just restored by renown architect James Estes. This award-winning home was featured in Architectural Digest has an amazing views of Narragansett Bay.
One tip for out of town buyers… If heading to Jamestown over the Jamestown bridge DO NOT SPEED… it’s a famous speed trap for Rhody’s in the know.
