Luxury Living in a Fendi Handbag

Porsche, Armani, and now Fendi are getting in on the booming real estate game in Miami’s hot South Beach area.

Just recently, luxury fashion accessory brand, Fendi, announced that it is partnering  with a luxury real estate company from South America to create its first bespoke condo building on the Miami beachfront.

The condos will range in size from 3,000 sq. ft. to 7,000 sq. ft and start at $5 million and go as high as $22 million. They’ll have 10-ft ceilings and come with a Fendi Casa kitchen, Italian marble bathrooms and…wait for it…staff quarters. (Really.)

The renderings show a few whale tails in the pool that overlooks the beach and ample space for your very own rooftop pool party…that is if you can afford the top level penthouse condos.
